Ratatouille scramble recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Ratatouille Jean Martin 600 g
  • 12 eggs
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

Beat the eggs, salt and pepper. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan or wok. Pour the preparation. Stir gently with a spatula. When the scramble is almost cooked, add the Ratatouille. Continue cooking 3 minutes before serving.

For 4 people, 6 eggs will be enough and 1/2 jar of Ratatouille 600g or our 350g format!
