Tomato Confit with garlic and parsley 220 g


Our tomatoes have been slowly preserved so as to keep their delicate texture and flavour.  Their beautiful colour and soft texture suit a number of recipes bursting with the scents of Provence.  Try it as an aperitif on toast with Jean Martin Cream of Artichoke, or on cocktail sticks with cured ham and mozzarella, in a salad or a puff pastry tartlet, with pasta, an omelette, or goat’s cheese.

Ingredients :
Semi-dried tomatoes (48%), sunflower oil, parsley, garlic, salt.
