Gran'Draille 110 gr

Gran’Draille is a Baux-de-Provence black olive purée. The Grossane olive is harvested in November and December, stuffed and then treated with sea salt to remove its bitterness, and then pickled in brine for 6 to 8 months. Its strong flavour and firm flesh gives a ‘magic’ touch to dozens of recipes.
