Sweet peppers loaf and our Pepper Sauce 550 gr

A delicious vegetable-based starter for 6 to 8 people. It needs to be made the day before and served hot or cold with a warm sauce.
To make pepper bread, you need 6 eggs, a little crème fraîche and a cake tin.
Ingredients :
Jar of Poivronade (360g): red peppers (57%), tomatoes, onions, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.
Jar of Tomato and Pepper Sauce (190g): tomatoes (83%), red peppers (13%), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, sugar, cinnamon.
